Check off the 08/09 spin season because it has recently wrapped until next October! You can get a head start on the next indoor season or just keep the legs going round on those cold rainy days by stopping by the store to purchase your very own gently used, previously loved trainer.

Road Crew Scheduled Rides
When rainy weather is upon us, fenders must be in play. If you have none please respect others and ride at back of pack.

Wednesday Night Road Rides
These rides take place in Stanley Park.

Where: Meet at the information booth across from the rowing club
When: 630 pm sharp (riders will depart no later than 635 pm). From shop unofficially at 5:45pm for longer ride [no 5minute rule in effect]
What: This 10 km loop around Stanley Park is ridden by all three levels of the crew. We will start out together on the first lap breaking out for subsequent laps and meeting at the info booth for ride wrap up.

Sunday Morning Road Rides

Where: John Henry Bikes

When: 8:00am sharp (in front of JHB)

What: There are normally 3 levels to choose from when coming out to this ride: leisure, intermediate and advanced. Join us logging the kms, make a few friends and feel welcomed to share a coffee with us after the ride! These rides are longer in length so we ask that you come prepared for a flat, the weather, and a water bottle or two.

Mountain Rides

Where: John Henry Bikes
When: Wednesday 6:00 pm

Some of our other popular rides are Horseshoe Bay/Whytecliffe and North Shore to Iona Beach.
