Just a little change of schedule...
Advanced riders wanting to ride CBC please meet at the 10km parking lot up Seymour Mountain (on right side of road) at 9:30am....pick-up will be at 1pm at John Henry Bikes
- Gary and Tyler will be your leaders
Intermediate riders will meet Cindy and Troy at the Mushroom parking lot at 9:30 to ride Neds/pingu pangor....pick-up will be at 12:30 at John Henry Bikes

Aliens Sunday July 22
Hello Aliens
Sunday July 22 you will be meeting at 9:30am at the Mushroom parking lot (5km up Seymour Mountain). Pick-up will be at John Henry Bikes at 12:30pm.
Just a reminder that there will not be a ride Sunday July 29 because of Crankworx!! and our leaders need a rest.
I will be out of town until July 30. If you have any questions please call Gary at 604-657-4419.
