'Ladies Only' Riding Club'

Under the nurturing guidance of “Mrs. Henry”, Sylvia Cromack and a loyal crew of volunteer ride leaders, John Henry the Bicycle Man was one of the first shops in the lower mainland to offer a ride group for women back in the spring of '97. Ladies Only continued to grow in 2003 and we’re looking forward to a really great season for 2004. Most of our ride leaders from last year are ready to roll again (as well as some excellent new additions) and we’re excited about the expanded schedule of co-ed events slated for the coming season.”

John Henry's “Ladies Only” has always been a club where women can improve their skills and fitness, enjoy our beautiful West Coast forests, and discover some new trails while enjoying the company of a friendly, supportive and relaxed group of riders. The 2004 ride season promises to bring plenty of the same with the support of our most excellent shop John Henry.

- An encouraging and fun-loving group of women to ride with regardless of your riding ability "Because it's all about the ride!”

Registration and waiver forms are available now and Ladies Only rides begin on Tuesday, April 6th, 2004. Of course, you’re welcome to join the co-ed rides at any time. See the Schedule for details.

Stiff, sore, and aching you can't believe that another thumping workout is just around the corner.
