John Henry the Bicycle Man offers you differing rates and services depending on how fast you would like to receive your products. Products are packaged and shipped within 24-48 hours of your order. Occasionally products will be out of stock. The system isn't perfect and all we can promise is our best effort on your behalf to give you the best possible service. Some products like bikes, wheels, and shocks do require special shipping. In these cases you will be contacted to give you a shipping quote. In cases where you do not indicate a shipping level you will be contacted to clarify your shipping preference. If you need your product quickly please add this type of information to your purchase comments. Although you think we have extra terrestrial powers we don't. If you're clear you will be happy with the end result.
You will never receive a product to a hotel address, so don't try.
