John Henrys' Tech Centre mechanics understand your needs.
You'll be invited to choose the level of mechanical requirements you believe you need by having your bike assessed for free. Work will not be performed on your bike until a mechanic has looked over your bike with you and agreed the course of action needed.

Inspired by the growing number of different bicycle categories you will be presented by a number of different service packages. Maintenance packages geared towards your needs. You'll get the choice between Annual Performance Packages, Essential Adjustment Packages, Full Suspension Overhauls, or individual work based on your assessments. Whether you ride a touring bicycle or huck yourself off of the steepest, gnarliest drops, the technicians will help to assess your long term needs. John Henrys' Tech Centre will try to save you money on future repairs by doing the work you require quickly and correct the first time.

What does it cost you to have your bike repaired?

The Essential Adjustment Package:
Prepare your bike for safe operation. Includes all adjustments to your bicycles fundamental systems You receive,.

Adjustments to all your major bicycle systems. This package addresses the maintenance recommended by the industry and is appropriate for a normal use rider. You receive,

Essential actions of the store are to clean and polish your frame, lubricate the chain and your cables, rust proof critical bolts along with a major safety check. Braking surfaces will be cleaned and refinished.

Annual Performance Package:
Designed for better performance and quieter operation which results in a smoother riding bicycle. We will adjust all your essential systems including
- Shifting system calibration
- Braking system adjustment
- Wheel system tensioning and truing
- Bearing system adjustment
- Major Safety Check including lubrication and rust proofing
We also include;
- Remove, clean, and inspect drive train
- Clean and polish frame
Whether you pound your bike, commute, or regularly ride, this is the ideal package for every bike.

Full Suspension Gravity Enhancement Mechanical Overhaul:
You already take your riding seriously. Cycling is who you are; work just gets in the way. For you we will caress your wonderful friend and address all of its operating systems. In addition to the Annual Performance Package, we will disassemble your rear suspension, clean and lubricate all pivots, (replacing and reinstalling with new if necessary), and re-calibrate the suspension to your weight and style of riding. We will also perform a
North Shore Suspension Upgrade: With this, we will disassemble and reassemble your front shock, change the oil, custom valve and weight the fork to your riding style. Your entitled to,
