"I purchased my first downhill bike from John Henry. Being a rookie, I had a ton of questions, and they were excellent in answering all of them. They suited me up with a great bike that was a perfect fit for what I needed. And being a rookie, I had a ton of wipe outs. Each time I had to take my bike to the service dept, they had quick turnaround and the bike was always as good as new. Now if they only had a nurse on site for the stitches........"

The biggest reason I shop at John Henry's isn't due to the fact that their staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, nor is it because the mechanics take serious pride in their top-notch work. It's because of their commitment to community involvement - giving back to the community that supports them, something I feel is very important. Not a lot of shops do this, and none come close to the standard set by John Henry's.
